This is a fast and furious 25m dash event, being held in place of the usual Thursday night training session open to all members.

This event is a full programme of 50m and 100m events, and 200m freestyle events licenced at level 4, ideal for open gala and County qualifying times.

This is set to be a great event to set some times looking ahead to Open galas and County leve

The competition will be run with a 3.30pm warm up, at Bedale Leisure Centre.
